Socks
When you do trampolining you should wear white soul socks because when you jump you have to jump high and the white soul socks will protect your feet. If you are going to go to a competition, remember to stay calm and remember your white socks.
Trampolining
When you do trampolining you have to have you hands in the right space, if you do not, you could hurt yourself and do the wrong moment. If you start trampolining you have a choice to do synchronised or just normal. You could also go to the Olympics for both. I do normal trampolining, which is when you do trampolining by yourself.
On the trampoline there is a box, remember to stay in the middle of the trampoline because if you don't you will go flying off the trampoline and hurt yourself (maybe even break a bone).
Team
If you have teamwork, you can support each other and have some fun days out together. If you listen to your coach you can do better things, learn more and do your best. Here are the names of some people that go to the Olympics for team trampolining: Rosie MacLennan, Dong Dong and Karan Cockburn. If you are in a professional team you should have matching outfits so that you represent your team.
stretching and conditioning
At the end of your session you might do stretching and conditioning. Stretching and conditioning can help your legs be stretched and they won't be painful the next day. Conditioning will work your tummy and also help your tummy get stronger. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it the muscles shorten and become tight, then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they will be weak and unable to extend all the way.
